The following are Diana Martin Gifts terms and conditions. By visiting or shopping this website, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

How To Place An Order

Placing an order at Diana Martin Gifts is easy. Simply follow the steps below. Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking one of the "add to bag" buttons on the item's product detail page. When you proceed to checkout you will be shown your shopping bag for review. Click on "Checkout." Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You'll know you've reached confirmation when we say Thank You and give you an order number.

You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm again that your order was received; the second will confirm that your order was shipped and will provide you with a UPS tracking number that you can use to determine the status of your package. Please note: It is the policy of Diana Martin Gifts to process all orders in an expeditious, yet responsible manner. Occasionally, an order may be placed on hold for a variety of reasons. Once an order has been placed on hold, we will contact the customer in question within one (1) business day in order to verify all necessary information and complete the order process. Once the customer has been contacted, Diana Martin Gifts reserves the right to cancel the order after five (5) business days if no response is received.

Wish List

Wish lists allow you to save the items that you're thinking about buying. They will remain in your Wish List as long as they are available on our site. To add an item to your Wish List, click the "Add to Wish List" link on any product page. You can manage your Wish list in YOUR ACCOUNT section. To purchase the items, simply move them to your Shopping Bag and proceed to Checkout. You can create as many Wish lists as you want, and place as many items as you want into each Wish list. If you want to share your wish list, we recommend that you use our Gift Registry feature. Your Wish list is NOT the same as your Shopping Bag. If you decide to purchase an item in your Wish List, you must move it from your Wish List to your Shopping Bag before you can complete your order.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in California. The amount of sales tax may vary by county within California. California laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Diana Martin Gift Wrapping

Your gift will arrive beautifully presented in our signature gift-wrap and bows. If desired; your personal message will be printed on a high quality gift card, available for $10.00 per package.

Privacy Policy

Under no circumstances will dianamartingifts.com sell, trade or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive periodic mailings from us informing you about new products and exciting upcoming events. If you provide us with your telephone number online we will only call you if there are specific issues or questions regarding your order to ensure accuracy in our expediting process.

Changing or Canceling an Order

You may add or cancel items from your order prior to shipment. Please call a customer care associate at 949 631 2727 xt 203 for assistance. Please note that orders usually enter the packing process within a few minutes of placing an order.

Return Policy

Diana Martin Gifts proudly stands behind the quality gifts we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any full price item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 10 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 10-day Guarantee only applies to full price items.

Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Diana Martin Gifts will not issue store credit or refunds for used items.

Unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt excluding jewelry, which is non-returnable. Just call us at 949.631.2727 xt 203 to let us know which you prefer. We will provide an address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Final Sale Merchandise

No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. It is also identified in the confirmation email and the packing slip. We will allow you to exchange a Final Sale Item for another size, depending on availability. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about Sale.

Special Orders, Special Items and Personalized items

Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Special items are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. These items are final sale only.

Important: Diana Martin Gifts will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the item value may apply.

Shipments to the United States

We ship your order via UPS, one of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world.
Our shipping department dos not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery times will range from 1-7 days, depending on your shipping method. Air shipment is also available at an additional cost. Please contact a customer care associate at 949 631 2727 xt 203 for further assistance.

For jewelry purchases- the delivery and handling charge is $18.00 per item.
Delivery estimate is based upon date of order confirmation.
Expedited delivery estimate based upon order placement by 2PM PST.
An adult signature is required on orders of $300 or more.
Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval. Because of special regulations we must ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) only via standard ground delivery. Air shipment delivery is not available for such products at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Please add $9.00 to the applicable shipping charges for each additional delivery address.

International Shipments

Diana Martin Gifts ships internationally to a variety of countries and charges a flat fee to cover shipping and handling costs. By placing your international order, you agree to be charged the below fee, based on the region of destination. This cost replaces any U.S. Domestic shipping and handling fees. Because of special regulations we cannot ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) overseas. Important note: For orders placed online, please select "International Shipping" at checkout. The following fee will be automatically charged at the time of shipping.

Canada and Mexico - $50.00
Europe, Eurasia and Far-East - $60.00
Middle East - $75.00
Latin and South America - $85.00

Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval. When placing an international order, please be sure to include an email address, phone number or fax number, so that we may contact you with a shipping quote.

Packaging

All items will be sent with a receipt. If your order is being sent directly to a gift recipient, please let us know in the comments section and we will send a receipt to the billing address instead. If you would like a gift card included, please type in a short note in the comments and we'll handwrite it on a card for you.

Damaged/Broken Goods

If the item is damaged or broken upon receipt, we must be notified within 7 days. Please save the original box and its contents. Please call our customer service representative at 949 631 2727 xt 203 for further assistance.

Perishable Goods

Certain gourmet foods are shipped via air within the contiguous U. S. only. Delivery of perishables is available Tuesday through Friday only; no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holiday deliveries.
